Services
At Bodhi + Sol, every service is thoughtfully customized to each guest at the time of their appointment. Because time, preparation, and professional expertise are reserved specifically for you, all services are non-refundable once rendered.
If you have feedback about your experience, we ask that you notify us within 24 hours of your appointment so we can address concerns promptly and appropriately. We are committed to guest satisfaction and will always make reasonable efforts to resolve concerns brought to our attention in a timely manner.
Requests made beyond 7 days from the date of service will not be considered.

Cancellations & No-Shows
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you and your practitioner.
A valid card on file is required for all booked services.
We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed without notice, will incur a $25 late cancellation / no-show fee, charged to the card on file.
This policy allows us to respect our practitioners’ time and make appointments available to other guests.
Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in limited booking privileges.
We understand that emergencies happen. In rare and verifiable emergency situations, fees may be waived at management’s discretion.

Retail Products
Retail items may be returned within 14 days of purchase for a refund or store credit, provided the item is:
• Unopened
• Unworn
• Undamaged
• In original packaging
Proof of purchase is required. If items are damaged or defective we must be notified within 5 days of purchase in order to receive a refund.
Yoga & Spa packages may only be refunded as an account credit and must be unused. We reserve the right to refuse returns on packages and memberships.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Gift Cards
All gift card purchases are final sale and non-refundable. Gift cards may not be redeemed for cash.
